Special Commissioner Land Auction September 21, 2019 at 10:30, 1228 Huddle Rd. Wytheville, VA. There will be 2 tracts offered separately with an opportunity to block.

Balance due upon delivery of Deed, not to excedd 45 days. Buyer is responsible for any and all inspections including lead base paint if applicable. All announcements day of sale take precedence over all printed material. Tracts will be offered separately with an option to block.
